Pentz Run's main fundraiser is the Annual Golf tournament. We also offer a variety of other fundraising events.
Pentz Run Youth Services Annual Golf Tournament
We are excited for and hoping to see you at our 17th
Annual Golf Tournament. Register your team and/or
commit to becoming a sponsor or donating a prize for this year’s
tournament on:
Wednesday June 7, 2017 at The DuBois
Country Club
Registration and lunch begins at 11:00
a.m.
Shotgun start at Noon.
The format is a four person scramble.
Entry fees are $90.00 per non-member and $75.00 per Country Club
member. Entry fee includes lunch, green fees, golf
cart, steak dinner, beverages and prizes.
Please also consider additional options to support
our non-profit Group Home/ Emergency Shelter and Transitional Living
Apartments by becoming:

A $500.00 Event Sponsor
– includes name/ business name on event banner and event staff shirts,
full page (5”x 8”) advertisement in golf program and “Tee” sign.

A $250.00 Corporate
Sponsor – includes full page (5”x 8”) advertisement in golf program
and “Tee” sign.

$100.00 “TEE” Sign Sponsor

Prize Donation
for the day of the tournament
All proceeds from this year’s tournament will be used to continue to enhance the facility and quality of life for the residents we serve.
