Long-Term Residental Group Home placement for youth with behavioral, supervision, abuse, D&A, or any other issues that may prohibit them from staying in their own homes.
Independent Living services within the community in Jefferson, Cameron, Elk, and Clarion Counties.
Transitional Living services for youth who opt to remain in care after their 18th birthday who may otherwise experience homelessness.
Respite Care is available to Clearfield-Jefferson Mobile Crisis and local Family Based agencies.
We offer continued support to youth and their families through Aftercare Services.
